No names on medical envelops

Hi All,

My non-concurrent 140 was approved last month. Recently I and my wife got our medical exams done. The doctor gave us 2 sealed envelops but there are no names on the envelops. So I cannot differentiate my medical results from wife's medical results. I sent the results to the lawyer. According to the lawyer mine and wife's application will go in same fedex envelop but as seperate applications, so he need to be able to differentiate between medical results. He says that after USCIS receives the Fedex, they seperate the two applications and there is a posibility that my medical results is packaged with wife's application and vice-versa.

The doctor says that there is no need to write names on the envelops because the husband and wife applications go together. The doctor is quite far from my place and it is very inconveneint for me to visit him again and get new set of medical envelops.

Now what is the best option for me so that later I do not get an RFE from USCIS that we sent wrong medical results and we have to get medicals done again. In that case I will be losing time and huge medical exam fee.

I would visit the doctor again, and get the names written on the envelopes. INS is already messed up, do not give them an opportunity from your side.

Actually, your doctor is right. It goes in one package.
