For my I485 I got Birth certificate from India. It does not have my name on it. It does not have my mother's name as well. Is it Ok or could we get RFE. Do we have to get Notarized letter for that (from INdia or here).
You shud be able to get a new BC with all the necessary details (like ur name, ur parents name etc). In india, it may take atleast 2 weeks ...After the school season, it may be faster.
