No more respond from kcc

I have sent my DS-120 back to KCC even the courier company that takes it to KCC gave me the details of person that receipt it in KCC but KCC have not mail or call me that they have receipt my form since the date they receipt it i.e 7th of this month and today is 18th , How long does it take KCC to tell applicant that they have receipt my DS-120?

Hi, you are not going to get any acknowlegdement of receipt of your forms from KCC. Read wide, KCC does not acknowledge receipt of forms, if you want to find out that your form/s has been received, send them email or make a phone call maybe two months after sending your forms. Do include the following details:
1. Your full name
2. Date of birth
3. Case number

I do the same thing with amneck & the KCC will reply& tell you if they recieve/not received your form..
