No more processing at Denver Region?

I heard a voice message that Denver is no more going to process LC applications. Is it Dallas the new processing center?
 
My attorney has a different story....

She says that only RIR and regular cases with some complexity will go to Dallas. She said simple cases and LRP cases will get approved in Denver itself.
