No LUD?

HI,

I submitted my response to RFE a couple of weeks ago. I do know that it has reached CIS. However, I see no change in updates when I log in to my account on USCIS website. The last update there was 1st June. Anybody else have a similar problem?

If they recieved the RFE, there should be a LUD. I guess officer didn't touch your package yet, even package did reach CIS.
 
Hi All,

Today I received the following email:

"Application Type: I140 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

Current Status:

On August 26, 2005, we received your response to our request for
evidence or information. It is taking between 150 and 180 days for us to
process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was
complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated
in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

It is a standard message. But the date on the message is incorrect. They had received it before the deadline which was many days ago but the current date implies my response is many days late. Does this in any way affect my case.

I am a little concerned and confused.
