NO LUD Change On I-485 after I-140 approved

My I-140 got approved on 11/12/2004. But there is no change on LUD from my I-485 to date. Has any one been in same situation. Do i have to make an enquiry about it to touch my file.

Same situation

My I-140 got approved on 4th November and my I-485 LUD was never changed.

My 2nd EAD got approved yesterday

Mine is changed 3-4 times. First time before the approval of I-140 & then yesterday when they approved my 2nd EAD & surprisingly today again.

I 140/485 RD 10/08/03 EB3 Concurrent
I 140 approved last week
2nd EAD approved yesterday.
