No LUD change in I-140 there is change in I-485

Hi All:

Help me here..

our I-140 LUD is 10/22/04 (remain same) but the same time our I-485 LUD change twice.

11/03/04 (On November 2, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.)

11/04/04 ----(On November 3, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.)


!!any idea!!
 
This is normal - if you have done your FP recently.... sometimes, the LUD keeps changing for 7 or 10 days before it stops.

This changed for my I-485 status as well it chaged like three times. but did it changed for your I-140 also ? when you applied for I-140 ?
 
FP Date? and RD for 140&485??

When did you do you FP? And which City?
Can you please give us what is your RD for I-140 and i-485?

Here is my case dates

RD-12/15/03 ( I-140)
LUD-10/22/03
RD - 12/15/03 (I-485)
LUD - 11/04/04
FP - 10/27/04

Probably you are not noticing that twice others have asked you a question "Which city did you do your FP in ?". You still haven't answered it.
