No Lud Change Even After 6 Months Of Fp

My child has given her finger printing on 3/11/05. So far there is no LUD change for this case.

TOday I called FBI office. THey said, they received the FP electronically on 3/11/05 and within 35 minutes they sent them back to INS. THey also said INS has them from 3/12/05 onwards.

My lawyer maintains that "it takes time". I don't know what to do. Please help with any ideas.

Me and my wife got green cards in December 2004.

call uscis and talk to them....or ask them why its holding up for 6 months..
