No LUD change after RFE Resp

Rolling Hills and other GC waiters,

My RFE response was received by NSC on 2/1, LUD changed on 2/2 (Response received, process resumes etc. etc.) It nerver changed after that. I am an EB2 candidate. Do you see any problem with no LUD change for almost a week.

I did sent my RFE(I-485) response on 04-FEB-05, it is delivered on 04-FEB-05 but my case status is not changed till now. How many days does it took for the status to change after it was delivered.

typically a day or two. I am sure your's will change tomorrow

Be patient. No LUD change after RFE receipt could be a good news. Here is why, it may mean that your case is already in hands of an officer

...usually , LUD changes are related to admin lookup by non-officers..Usually, few LUD changes followed by no change means that the case reached Officer...

Thanks for your reply. In my case, my case status is not yet updated with the receipt of the RFE, I just have the FEDex shipping status as delivered. Should I call them or just wait for some more days.

My RFE was delivered on Feb 1, but Lud changed on 2/2, 2/3, and 2/4, then no more change......
