no lud after fingerprint

Hi, I looked through the forum, but havnt seen anything that would answer my question.
I had my FP almost three weeks ago, but I never got an LUD. My case still shows the date from when I first sent it in, no update.

Is that normal/common since many seem to get updates right away?
Should I call USCIS and ask about it?
What are the reasons for that?

Seem my timeline in my signature. The only LUD we ever received was for the EAD.
