Hi All,
I was very excited to see this month's Visa bulletin and hoped that it will be the end of a big wait. My I-140 was approved in Oct 2005. It was a concurrent filing with RD 03/21/2005. When i looked at the processing times for the NSC i found that they are processing I-485 applications with the RD of 06/25/2005 ???
I wanted to ask the NSC about what is happening and from past 3 days it says "Our system is not able to get the information" so i cannot talk to any live person !?!
Is there a way to get around this mess ? I want to ask them why my case is not processed even it was filed before 3 months of the date they are showing on the website ??
Any ideas will be welcomed.
