No Job and Interview

Hi

My NIW-based I-485 has been transferred to local office to schedule and conduct the interview. In the meantime I left my job due to differences with my supervisor and have been living off my savings. Does this create a problem at the time of interview? I am not a public charge.

Sorry to hear about your situation. You really need to consult your lawyer about your situation. You need to show that you will work/ are working in your NIW area.
