No Income Sponsor

I am planning to get married with my boyfriend of 3 years. I'm a dual citizen of the US and the Philippines. I'm intending to file for a petition in order for him to be able to follow me here in the US., the problem is that I do not have any income or assets to present the USCIS because i just got in the US this August (stayed most of my time in the Phils.), but my boyfriend's relatives here in the US are willing to be co-sponsors. Would that be possible? Would there be any problem regarding domicile? Please do help me find answers.

Thank you

As long as your boyfriends relatives are here legally and can prove that they can meet the 125% of the poverty guideline, they can be sponsors. It's called a joint sponsor and they will each fill out a I-864 (assuming your using more then 1 sponsor). You will also need to file a I-864.

do i have to fill out a separate sponsorship agreement even if i do not have any income? how about domicile, wouldn't they question me for that? i do not live with my boyfriend's relative but i think that they can qualify (household consists of 3kids and 3 adults. one works as a nurse and the other works in the military).

thank you very much

where should i submit i-130, going back to the Philippines this month to marry. can i submit it there?

thank you
