No I-140 processing in CSC in the past two months???

Can anyone explain why there is no movement in the I140 processing date at California Service Center in the past 2-3 months? Did this inaction happen often in the past? Will it last long? I hope the new fiscal year that starts at October will get them moving again. I filed OR at CSC in late May and God knows when I'll hear from them.

1. They are probably working on other types of petitions

5. Not even He knows.

Four months is not a long time.

MY OR got approved 10 days ago, with receipt number 031165****. I think they are processing I140 cases, but really slow. They firstly approved my AP and EAD about one month before that when I sent in an inquiry, I guess that might have helped.
