no house document

We are ready to file our applications, we have everything under our names, bill, power, insurance, etc. however, we don't have the house lease under our names because my wife bought the house and I have very bad credits (crazy college life), and didn't want to be added to the house title either because I don't want my loan officer knows how much I have or any properties I own. Is it okay we are missing that document? Is there any other way to show that we do live in that house?

Go ahead and send the papers of the house in her name, this will establish proof of owning that residence and then the other bills together will prove joint residence.

Would that cause any issues though? Is there any other means to show somehow I can be on the title if I want to?

Yes your wife can prepare and have a Quit claim deed recorded in both names at county office in both names and get a QCD in both names.

As per the I130 instructions joint lease document is one of many optional documents that are required to submit to prove your relation so I wont bother submitting the lease instead the bills and joint finance should suffice
