Hi Folks,
I have heard a lot of comments about the fact that visas are given all along the 485 process but needs an open visa when the applications is filed too.
So for a lot of us who have filed in August and September (as in my case) and whose PD is current..is there no hope of getting an approval before October 1st? There seems to be enough confusion in the laywer community as we are getting mixed signals for the same.
I am just looking for some good news here..also does anyone know if ununsed EB2 and EB1 visas can be diverted for EB3 before October.
Guess we will have to wait to see what happens in July, but wondering if the Gurus here who have seen this happen in the past can please weight in.
