No Greencard!?

Husband and wife got sponsored through husbands company. Wife got greencard, husband's card got sent to his old address. His 485 approved and passport is stamped. Called 800 number, they said wait for new greencard is between 200 - 365 days after applying for second greencard. What if anything can he do now? Any suggestions from the GURU's... PLEASE HELP!!!

If his passport is stamped then he is good to go until the physical card arrives. If the stamp expires before he gets the card, he can go for re-stamping.
