No FP!!!

Can someone advice as to what is the best course of action if FP notice has not been received. Receipt date is Oct 2002.
Also what is the cut off date for FP notice by that I mean a month back when I called TSC then i was told that if you have filed on or before March 2002 then you request for FP notice if you haven't received yet. Can some PLEASE let me know what is the cut off date as of now? I am not sure if you call it cut off date or what..
PLEASE advice.

I think you should call TSC and request them for your FP...'cause I am dead sure that people with reciept date as on or before March 2002 can do do. Please do call TSC and ask them.
Also let me know how it went..

what is TSC phone#? the phone list on I485 was disconnected. I am waiting FP too. RD 4/30/02. ND 5/3/02. I appreciate your help.
