I remember we had a discussion thread some weeks ago on the same topic. Has anybody's status changed? Is there anybody with ND 12/03 or before left without FP notice? As days pass by, I'm starting to get a bit nervous. the LUD hasn't changed yet. It's been 12 months since I've filed 485 and no news of FP yet. Could it have gone to the attorney and is he hiding it from me? Is there anyway I could expedite the process? all your responses appreciated..
