No FP Yet, Need your Advices

Hello,

Based on the post, I saw many people with ND in Feb, 2001 have recevied thier FP notice. My ND of I485 is Feb 20, 2001. But I haven\'t got my FP notice yet. I really concern if there is a problem on my 485 case. What should I do now? I would appreciate your advices.
The following is my case detail:

EB2 RIR China.
PD: 7/1999
I 485 #: WAC-01-108-5*****
I 485 RD: 01/30/2001
I 485 ND: 02/20/2001
AP: 03/09/2001
EAD: 04/21/2001

ID is counted once your 90 days are over you can go to local INS and pick up amp AD. I am not sure about PA but if you have an emergency you can go ask them to give you PA showing you PA recipe. I spoke INS Hot line not the Local branch one in DC.

Thanks a lot for your response. What is the PA and ID? You mean I can go to the local INS to get my FingerPrints notice.

AD=EAD sorry for the type o.
PA=AP ( Advance Paroll)

No you can\'t go to local office for FP notice! I don\'t know this for sure. This is what I meant was if you have not recived your EAD within 90 days, you can go to INS office and get tmp EAD. If you have to leave country for emergency you may be able ask them to extradite you Advance Paroll.

I am in the same situation as you right now. WAC# 01-099-XXXXX, got AP
and EAD in March but still no FP notice yet. It\'s really frustrating when you
see a lot of people with 03/01 ND got their FP done. However, there is not
much to do about this. One possible way is to write to CSC. I did this week.
Hopefully I can hear from CSC next week.

i heard that if it is 90 days since ND, and still no FP notice recd, one could go to local INS and request a FP notice. anyone with this kind of experience on this board??

I will let you know if CSC sends me response. I don\'t think there is such rule
that one could go to local INS for FP notice if it\'s 90 days after ND. Local
INS only issues FP notice if the FP notice sent by service center somehow
get lost or if your spouse has received and you have not. Local INS does
not want to initiate FP issuance for employment-based AOS cases.
