I-485 RD is May 29 2003 at CSC
I-140 RD is May 5 2003 - Approved - Jan 13 2004
EAD/AP - Approved Jan 30 2004.

NO FP NOTICE YET..IS THIS NORMAL? ANYONE ELSE IN SITUATION PLEASE?
 
No FP for me too

I am in the same boat with you. My I-485 RD is June 12,2003 and I haven't received FP yet. Started to worry :(
 
I and my collegue work for the same firm and have same lawyer representing us from csc. His wife got fp in the first week of application and he got it the following week.

I got ead and ap approved but no fp. BTW our Rds are May-17-2004. I dont know what is happening.
 
All June03 applicants who did not recieve fp yet.

I saw a post in thse forms by somebody to fax an inquiry to 949-389-3055 and if this does not work wait for 10 days and try 949-389-3486. The form "CSC Finger print inquiry form " needs to be faxed.

No Harm trying.

Has any one from May-June 2003 CSC received his first FP ? I still haven't and my date is June 12th, 2003

No fingerprint since last year. MY laywer said that she sent in enquiry twice, but no response still.

No First FP yet...
Clarified with Lawyer, she called in immigration officials and got the info that USCIS is sending in FP request only when I485 is about to be adjudicated. So she wants me to wait till such time without anxiety.
Currently they are adjudicating Jan 2003 cases, only 3-4 months before the actual adjudication of I485 will they send the FP request.
 
Recvd my first FP notice, CSC, RD 06/12/03

Finally received the first FP notice.

My RD is June 12th, 2003 and I my service center is CSC.
