No FP records in FBI

For my case, After FP done on April 18, 2002, No results come from AVM.
Called IIO last week, no results as they said. Called just this morning to FBI, No records at all. I guess that INS did not send my FP to FBI!!! I was just told to contact local INS.
I sent 2 inquiry fax, no respond yet.

What next should I do?

man, just when u thought u have seen everything.

go to the ASC that took your FP. show the FP receipt (that they must have stamped when you did your FP) and ask them. Up here in SJ, the ASC folks were friendly and efficient. If the folks there are cooperative, you might find an answer.
