Not sure if calling USCIS will help at all. Call the FBI number (available in some posting here). I did that and they confirmed that the result was sent back the same day (10/8)....for the primary and derivative. LUD changed for derivative, but not for primary. But, atleast you'll know that it's been sent to the USCIS.

My FP2 was done on 10/8. I called that number and was told that the results were sent the same day to CIS.
