No FP received message update

Hi Gurus,

I and my wife gave FP on 03/18/2005 in Denver, CO. There is no message update as of now after two LUDs right after FP done.

What I can do? Do I need to call CIS to find out whether they received it or not? What is the phone number for VSC.

My message never changed after FP, though I've called FBI and they told me that they sent the results of my FP back to USCIS the same day. Only my LUD changed. My husband though got a message about the results of his FP being received. His LUD changed the same day as mine. I wouldn't really worry about this.
