I-485 RD: 8/18/09
So far no FP notice. I think most of people get it within 2-3 weeks. At 10/01/09, I called USCIS to request it and was told to call back if I do not get it within the next 30 days. Later I saw two soft LUD on 10/01, 10/02. Anyone with similar situation?
BTW, I think my FP is on file with FBI, because I applied Canadian immigration 2-3 years ago and had FP twice. Is that possible that no FP is needed?
