RD: Sep. 12, 2000
ND: Sep. 26, 2000
NSC (EB2)

I haven\'t received FP notice yet. Is there anyone on the same boat?

Hi,

I just heard a news from my friend. He is ready to file I-485 and his wife is on F-1 (student visa). His lawyer said his wife can\'t file I-485 unless she applied for H-4 vias. Is this true? This is first time I ever heard of it. Please respond!!
