1. Filed 485 from Texas Service Center in May'02.
2. Sponsored company A went out of business in Aug'02
3. Joined company B in New Jersey in Nov'02
4. Finger printing not yet done. Applied for EAD 3rd time recently.
5. Didn't inform to INS about job change or address change. But filed AR11
form.
- Is it a problem because I moved to a different service center at the time of 485 approval?
- Can I show employment offer letter from Company B in New Jersey if INS request for proof of employment? Or Do I have to show job offer letter froma Texas based company?
- I am getting hour rate on W2 in new company B. Is this a problem, because in Company A my salary was per year basis.
