No FP Notice for RD OCT 2002 Pl Help

Hi,

so far I didn't receive FP NOTICE. My RD 10/20/2002 . Any body is in the same boat. Pl share your experience. Is this will be a problem?

Initially my lawyer forgot to submit FP fee. online message says Insufficient FP. after 1 month he submitted FP fee. I got 485 receipt they accept FP fee and check also cleared.

Now online message didn't updated it is refere to old message

(We have determined that there was an insufficient payment for the fingerprint fee for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status. On October 29, 2002 we sent you a notice of this, with an opportunity to submit the fee. Your case is being held in suspense until we receive your fingerprint fee. For more information, ...)

Recently I renew my EAD & AP and got it with out any problem. I call to customer service couple of times they told I have to wait until 485 processing time becomes OCT Month(Currently they are processing jan 30).

Any Advice
