No FP-ND- May 2003

Still I have not received my first FP,please advise how to get FP, my LUD changed after my address change but no FP

i-485 nd may20-2003
1st FP-?????

485-LUD 07-22-2004 (Due to Address change)
485-LUD 08-18-2004 (?????)
