My 485 notice date is April 1 , 2002 and I have not received a FP request.
According to the USCIS site, TX is processing the Feb 11, 2002 applicants. The Central Service Center does not proceed with an inquiry unless the USCIS process time reaches the applicant's notice date. I saw some posts on this board stating that an inquiry can be filed through the central service center if the ND is March 2002.
1) How is the March 2002 date identified since the USCIS is processing Feb 11 2002 applicants ?
2) Any recommendations to seek help for expedition/inquiry of the case from congressional liasons in the Houston area ?
