It's almost one year .. no FP notice

There are cases very recently where 2 person company had a third employee GC approved. It all depends on the willingness of the company to stay in business (through assets).

thru assets as well as contracts and new work ??

when asked about it the attorney informed those are not required (meaning not helpful).
