No FP for primary applicant. Is any one on the same boat?

Hi,

        No FP notice for me ( primary applicant). My wife did her FP on 7/31/01.
        Is any one on this situation? Please advice.

        
        RD : 3/21/01
        ND : 4/10/01
        PD : 07/00
        EAD : 05/01 received for me and my wife.
        AP: not applied
 
send a fax to ins

I had same situation as yours. I asked my lawyer to send a inquiry fax to ins because the case had been received for more than 120 days. I got my FP 2 weeks later. My ND is 4/11 and wac-01-155.

Thanks. Yesterday Lawyer send the 1st fax inquiry to INS. I hope it works.
Did INS replied for your fax inquiry before FP notice or they just send your FP notice?

no, INS didn\'t reply my fax inquiry

I got my FP notice on 8/24, many others got their FP around that time. Maybe it\'s not because of the fax inquiry. Who knows, but it\'s harmless to send a inquiry any way.

For me Lawyer fax inquiry worked. I received my FP notice on July 13th and wife did not receive. Lawyer sent a fax inquiry on Augutst 17th and she got her FP notice on August 26th.
