I changed my address recently by sending AR 11 and called National Customer Service # and asked the rep. to update my address for my pending AOS.
I got a letter from Texas Service Center confirming my address has been updated in USCIS records for my AOS pending.
Earlier they used to send a FP notice when you change address. Now they stopped it seems.
