No Finger Prints

Hello,
I am a Kenyan Citizen. I filed my I-485 filed in May 2002. Haven't received any notice of finger print. Called INS 3-4 regarding this issue and was told not to worry about it and just wait. Texas Service Center is processing cases from May 2002.

What to do?

Please help!! :confused:

U are not alone there are many cases , same boat.

it seems Tsxas is working to clean May-02 fillers backlog. many of them receiving FP+RFE+approvals..... hope ur FP would be near too.

Here things to do, not just sit and wait.

1.
Keep sending everysecond week fax to TSC director 'requesting FP'

2.
Contact ur Local congressman/senator, many ppl shared good experience after contact them.
(use http://house.gov web site to find ur representative)

3.
Pray and be patient.
