No finger prints letter yet, submitted application to VSC in July

I submitted my N400 application to VSC in July. Still have not received finger print notice. Called the 1800 number and was told that a letter was sent out at the end of July and I was supposed to take the finger prints in August. But I have never received it . I did not move since I filed the N400 and they have my correct address on file. I have been written to VSC a few times, no replies.

What should I do? Any suggestions.

Did you call the National Service number again and ask them if your case is still considered valid/active? If so, ask them if there is a procedure for re-scheduling a fingerprint appointment.

I did call the 1800 number but was told that the only thing they can do is to send a reminder to VSC. The reminder does not seem working so far.
 
Visit your local Application Support Center where they take your FP's. Take your N400 receipt with you , tell them you never received FP notice and ask them to FP you. If it does not work out contact the local DO/VSC immdly
