No filing receipt number after a week on premium processing....Vermont SC

Hi everyone,

My lawyer sent H1B petition documents to Vermont SC on the 29th of July, Friday. We expected that Vermont SC received it on the 1st of August, Monday. We requested for premium processing but up to this time we have not received the filing receipt number. Is the delay normal? What other ways should be done to check on the application?

I would appreciate it if you share your experience here. Thanks!

Hi,

Don't worry, there are number of examples, in which people get their Receipt along with the Approval. So, it is not a big issue. Just wait for 4-5 days. You will get your Approval.
