No EOS,AOS,COS (Extension of Status, Adjustment of Status, Change of Status)
Hello gurus and friends,
I really need your advice. The Immigration Officer at the Port of Entry wrote "NO EOS, AOS, COS" on my husband's I-94 and B1B2 multiple visa on his 5th entry. He stayed for only one month on his 3 visits and 6 months on his 4th entry (he was given 6 mos to stay), and never applied for extension of stay and went home. This cause so much worries because i just got my H1B1 approved recently. Will this "stamping" affect my husband's application for H4 visa in our home country? Does this mean that he can't adjust his status in the US nor change his B2 status to H4? What are we going to do? We are so depressed.
If anyone has the same experience and successfully change/adjust status despite the annotations/stamping, pls share, your advice is greatly appreciated.
