no email reply from mumbai consulate

I am in India and a EB3 category.

As per the NVC message , my packet 3 was sent to mumbai consulate on April 22, 2004. Now I am awaiting DS-230 Part 2 and the interview letter to come to me. Till Date there is no post mails. I had enquired to the mumbai consualate at MUMBAIIV@state.gov around May 3 i.e. 8 days back asking details about my appointment date but there is no reply

Also, I am calling the phone nos 2363-7407 and 2363-7408. but it is always coming engaged. Has the no. changed?

Normally, when can I expect the appointment/interview letter to come at my address.
Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

If your case was sent to the mumbai consulate on 22 April, 2004 it probably has reached the consulate. It is common to hear from the embassy/consulate after the interview date has been fixed. Your interview date should be sometime in July. So expect to hear from them around the middle of June.
In the meantime keep calling them. You will ultimately be successful.

I checked the cptracker. I guess the the column "P3 Entered by Consulate" is the date when the respective consulate receives from NVC. How do I know that date? apart from calling them is there any other way to get this date?
I am still not able to get through the nos.

Nope the no. is the same.

Your's truely tried it from 11:30 to 3:00 on Sunday night. Was finally able to reach it.

When I was able to talk to them about a month back, they would not tell me the date when it was recd (Hence the -?- im my signature.)

Best bet is to try reaching them or if you know for sure that the case has been recd. by NVC, it's a guesstimate (that's what mine is).
