NO EB3 people is getting FP

as per the latest information it is evident that if you apply for Adjustment under EB3 category and your PD falls sometime in 99 or after 1999, they seems not processing those cases.
but if your PD is something like 97 where there is sure PD will be current even if retrogress,they are getting FP notices.

please update this thread if this information is wrong or any one with EB3 and PD after 1998 got their FP to prove I am wrong.

Many with PD in 2000 got FP

Please see immitracker.com. There are some postings who has got their FP appointments scheduled and whose priority dates are in 2000.
 
does it matter after filing I-485 ???

Processing doesn\'t depend on the category once the papers are filed. Only problem is when the PD goes back. I don\'t think you are right?

I know lot of EB3 cases including me received FP scheduled this month from VSC. Our PD is in mid 1999, and 485 ND is 8/20/01. FP Scheduled 11/21/01
