No EAD,NO AP from 8 Months

All,
The reason i am starting new thread is My life is finished in this country,I just have 2 months on my h1b visa and i have not got my AP or EAD or 140 Approved .I used Approved labor to file my GC through a NJ based company.You all know which company i am referring to.They dont return my phone calls.Please tell me what to do.I just have 56 days on my h1b.I found a company that is willing to give me approved labor.Can i retract my existing 140-485 and file a new 140 and 485 application.I am too confused.Please help.

If EAD is pending in service center more than 90days/180 days and there is no RFE, you can goto INs office in Nj and ask for interim EAD I think.

You may try that option.
 
Local office is not issuing iEAD

When i went to local office,they they told me that my application is put on hold so they cant issue intereim ead.I am struck in all ways.
