No EAD/AP from VSC

I-485 filed Nov 1, 2003 at VSC. So far no EAD/AP yet. There is no RFE either. Just wondering what I can do? Inquries to 1-800 number is just waste of time.

I applied on Oct 6, 2003. No EAD/AP yet. Opened up a query on April 2, they told me to wait for 30 days for an answer.
