Hi guys,
I want to e-file my I-140 fro EB1-EA, and concurrently e-file for PP.
However I saw on the USCIS website that you can only e-file both forms if you apply on the I-140 under "e" (which excludes EB1-EA).
What to do?
Should I simply paperfile both together to the same address by mail (
Form I-140 Mailing Address:
Premium Processing Service
USCIS Nebraska Service Center
P.O. Box 87103
Lincoln, NE 68501-7103)?
Or should I e-file my I-140 and then submit the I-907 (PP) by mail?
I heard on this forum that e-filing increases the chance that the application goes to TSC? Although, would this matter now that you can request PP and the time advantage at TSC may not make a difference anymore?
Thanks!
AGM6
