I am applying for J1 waiver or NORI. I gather that home ministry of my permanent residence will need to verify that I owe no dues to colleges where I studied.
Can someone advise how to get no dues myself (rather than waiting for the admin to go about it slowly)? I had my bachelors degree from Gujarat University. If someone has experience obtaining no dues from them, I greatly appreciate your inputs.
