No degree for a Temporary Work Visa

I'm a South American English/Spanish translator with 11 years of experience, but no degrees at all. I plan on going to the US and visiting translation companies which I'd have previously contacted through email, and trying to have them sponsor me for a H1B or even H2B visa.

What do you think are my possibilities of this happening (both interesting them in filing the petition for me, and actually obtaining the visa)?

H1B requires a degree, H2B might be perfect for you.l
