No decision after RFE-60 days passed

I submitted my response to RFE on August 26th and the status online showed that I should receive the response in 60 days. But unfortunately there has been no LUD or decision on my case (EB1-OR). Please let me know what shall I do? Once I tried to call the 1800 number and after a while I got hold of the representative who did not give any information.
Actually I got RFEs on both EB1 and EB2 (responded 3 months back) but there is yet no decision on either of petition.
Please suggest.

I know you are more knowledgeable on this. Just wanted to provide a data point. I had a RFE for my EB2 which was submitted in early March this year and got an ok from them only after almost 5 months. (not sure if this is helpful as i dont know what is LUD).

my RFE also took long time - i had to file a service request on my RFE...then finally i got a response - after 90 days of submitting response - but the response was not what i wanted.:mad:
so, my suggestion is - take it easy. no point pressing them.
 
I just called USCIS today and again I am told that employer has to call to have a service request????
