No date on I-94

My father recently visited from India on a Tourist Visa and the INS officer did not mention any specific date regarding validity of his I-94. Instead it is inscribed something to the effect of "VZOPP". Any clues on what that signifies?
 
Never heard of "VZOPP" but I would advise going in to your local INS office and let them correct the issue.
