no co-sponsor

I am a US citizen and I married my husband in Sept. He is here on a student visa and his studies are done. I didn't know there was a financial requirement when we married and I don't meet those requirements. I don't know anyone who meets the requirements. Is there an organization anywhere who will help co-sponsor a married immigrant who has no one else to sponsor him?? My husband has qualifications to get a good job here, but without a work permit there's nothing he can do. Ideas? Help?

The co-sponsor needs to be another person who is willing to help to sponsor your spouse, in any case you must file the I-864 too.
