I have to go for H1 stamping at Mumbai consulate and my client has refused to give me a client letter saying it is against their policy.
Can someone please tell me if email communications that I have with my manager and colleagues at the client will be
sufficient to provide at the consulate?
If the Vo asks for client letter, since I did not get any because of client policy, how can I convince them about my situation?
Has anyone been in this situation?
