1. I had my 2nd FP (code 2) on 30th July but there is no change in LUD after that. Am I alone or is this the case with every one?
2. Currently I'm not able to file papers for my wife (due to eb3 retro,PD Nov 2002).I'm on H1(exp. in dec) and wife is here on H4. Filing for extension next week.
What happens if my 485 is approved(??) in Oct this year before I can apply for my wife? Is she out of status? or can I file for follow-to-join?
Any help is appriciated.
