No change in AVM?

Hi all,
My passport has been stamped 4 months ago. August 1st ( Chicago -NSC )
However it still says \' This case has been app....).
Do I need to contact INS? any suggestions????

Realguy, how did you get your case number in order to call INS Texas?

Please help, I can\'t check on my case without a Receipt or Case # in their AVM.
